    The BVDU College of Architecture, Dhankawadi, Pune, Library, Pune plays a vital role in the collection development and dissemination of Architecture and related disciples information to meet the present and future needs of its users which includes students, researchers and faculty.

    The BVDU College of Architecture, Dhankawadi, Pune Library, Pune is specialized library consisting of 5785 documents on Architecture and related disciples. The library is fully computerized using LIBRARY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. The collection of the library is available online through the web OPAC facility of the LMS.

    The total area allocated for Central Library is 172.46 Sq. Mt. for UG and 44.60 Sq. Mt. for PG which includes below mentioned departments.

      Library timings

      Monday to Friday             8.00 am to 5.00 pm

      Saturday                           8.00 am to 1.00 pm

      Sunday                                Closed

      1. Bags and jackets are not allowed inside library, provision is made for keeping the bags and jackets near the entrance.
      2. Student can issue three (3) books for week.
      3. Staff can issue maximum of five (5) books and two (2) journals for a month and have to return if a demand slip is put form.
      4. Student should enter into the register of reading hall which will be with librarian.
      5. Compact Disc will be issued only for viewing in the lab.
      6. No photo copies of the dissertation will be allowed.
      7. The charges for the duplicate ID card will be 100/- Rs. and Library Card will be 25/- Rs.
      8. Users from other than BV institutes have to pay an amount of 25/- Rs day.
      9. For lost books, the user can either replace the same title by own purchase, or the amount of price of the book and 25% extra charge will be levied.
      10. Library ambience shall be maintained by user, silence to be observed at all times.
